Home Counties Services are a domestic and commercial building contractor with over twenty years of experience.
We cover all aspects of the industry from domestic and commercial project management to property refurbishment extensions or conversions, through all trades including carpentry and joinery, electrical and plumbing, brickwork, plastering and rendering, decorating and ceramic tiling. We offer a full design and planning service and we can produce and submit all relevant building plans and building regulations for council approval. Our main source of work comes from recommendation from previous clients and continuation of contracts from commercial clients. We have worked on commercial shop fitting projects for large national companies such as Clarks and Ernest Jones down to small local hairdressers and some of our domestic customers homes have been featured in '25 Beautiful Homes' magazine. Our company aim is to treat each individual client as we would wish to be treated ourselves and this work ethic enables us to produce outstanding results for our clients who in turn recommend us to their friends and sustains a continuation of work. We only ever give fixed price quotations for domestic projects so that our clients can fix and maintain their budgets and not run over. A specification and agreement contract is supplied for the clients piece of mind and retentions are included with a payment schedule.
